Training is grouped by age and experience so every student gets the right pace and focus.
Ages 4-6. Focus: taekwondo basics, listening, paying attention, and following directions.
Ages 7-12. Focus: fundamentals, confidence, discipline, and age-appropriate self-defense.
Ages 12-17. Focus: conditioning, leadership, practical self-defense, and stronger technique.
Ages 18+. Focus: practical self-defense, fitness, stress relief, and long-term skill growth.
